摘要 研究了金属端帽的机械性能对压电复合执行器Cymbal的等静压压电常数的影响。研究表明,Cymbal执行器等静压压电常数的耐压性能与金属端帽的形状参数、端帽材料的弹性极限及粘结强度有关。 It was studied that the mechanical properties of metal endcap are effective on the hydrostatic plezoelectric coefficient (d_h) of cymbal actuator with metal endcaps.It is dependence ofthe dimension parameterθand elastic limitδb of metal endcap as well as the bonding quality forcymbal actuator on bear higher hydrostatic pressure.
