Specification Evolution,Transaction Efficiency and Business Cluster:Analysis Based on Neo-classical Economics Framework

商业集群是流通领域的一种特殊现象。商业集群在现代城市、商业街、商务中心区(CBD)、集贸市场等建设中具有重要的作用。运用新兴古典经济学的分析框架,分析分工演进、交易效率与商业集群之间的关系,得出了商业集群的形成与发展是分工演进、追求交易效率的必然结果,反过来商业集群的形成也有利于交易效率的提高,进而推动分工的进一步发展。

Business cluster is a special phenomenon in circulation field. It plays a significant role in the construction of modem cities, business streets, CBDs and trade markets. It uses neo- classical economics to analyze the relationship among specification evolution, transaction efficiency and business cluster, and concludes that the formation and development of business cluster is the result of specification evolution and the pursuit of transaction efficiency, and the formation of business cluster is beneficial to improve transaction efficiency and promote the further development of specification.
