光栅水声传感器

摘要 本文着重介绍了以声光密度调制原理制造光栅水声传感器的方法。用一对刻线密度为1001/mm的Ronchi光栅对,其间隙为d=0.7~1μm,线条相对位移为x=2.Sμm,光栅对安装在水声室的顶部和底部的两个弹性隔膜上。这种传感器的最小探测位移量为X_(min)=3.4×10^(-3) The method of producing the grating hydrophone sensor is described, whichbased upon the mechanism of acoustoptic density modulation. The structure of apair of the Ronchi grating is used, which is provided with slotting form and de-nsity of line 100L/mm. The opposed gratings are mounted with separationof gra-ting planes d=0.7~1μm and staggered the distance of the gratings line x=2.5μm.The opposed grating structure is coupled to two flexible diaphragms, which areattached to the top and bottom of the hydrophone housing separately. The mini-mum detectable displasment of the sensor is x=3.4×10^(-3)A.
