摘要
讨论我国造纸产业企业规模、市场结构演变以及与技术进步的关系。随着我国造纸企业规模的扩大,市场结构由分散竞争型向低集中竞争型迈进,规模越大的企业更有意愿提高自身的技术水平,对整个产业技术进步的贡献更大。这为我国当前造纸产业严格限制的市场准入政策和强制性的市场退出政策提供了理论依据。
This paper discusses firm size, market structure evolution of China＇s paper industry and their relationship with technological progress. The conclusions support current market entry and exit policies of paper industry.
