摘要
以废弃金属基金刚石制品为原料,采用酸溶-共沉淀-氢还原工艺制备超细预合金粉末,实现资源再生利用。本文着重研究了沉淀过程中温度、pH值等参数对沉淀率以及沉淀物粒度、形貌的影响,并确定最佳沉淀工艺。
Pre-alloyed metal powder was produced from discard metal-based diamond tools through acid soluble-precipitation-hydrogen reduction process, so resource regeneration was realized. The influences of temperature,pH value on precipitation rate,particle size and morphology were researched and the optimized precipitation process was finally determined in this paper.
