摘要
运用FCES-100裂缝导流仪,进行了大量地层岩心的支撑剂嵌入实验研究。通过对比导流能力,全面考察了不同类型、不同铺砂浓度、不同粒径及不同常规性能的陶粒支撑剂在不同岩心和闭合压力条件下的嵌入程度。通过实验发现:支撑剂的嵌入使导流能力大幅度降低;不同类型的支撑剂在相同条件下嵌入程度不同,嵌入程度从大到小依次为石英砂、陶粒、树脂覆膜砂;铺砂浓度越大,嵌入对导流能力的伤害程度越小;支撑剂的嵌入程度随支撑剂粒径和闭合压力的增加而增高;在相同的地层条件下,支撑剂在碎屑岩中的嵌入程度要高于碳酸盐岩;不同常规性能的各种陶粒,在相同的条件下嵌入程度很接近。同时,全面分析、总结了影响支撑剂嵌入的各种因素,这对优化压裂设计具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,we carried out a large number of experimental researches of proppant embedment for core through using FCES-100 fracture conductivity instrument.Compared with the conductivity,the embedment degree of haydite proppant of different types,different placement concentrations,different grain sizes and different properties is investigated at different cores and closure pressures.The experiment result indicates that the conductivity will be greatly decreased due to the proppant embedment.The embedment degree of different proppants is different at same conditions.The embedment degree is successively quartz sand,haydite,resin coated sand from big to small.The larger the sanding concentration is,the smaller the damage degree of proppant embedment to conductivity is.The proppant embedment degree increases with proppant grain size and closure pressure increase.Under the same formation conditions,the proppant embedment in clastic rock is higher than in carbonate rock.The embedment degree of various haydites with different conventional properties is close under same conditions.At the same time,the analysis of various factors of affecting proppant embedment is helpful to the optimization of fracture design.
