基于小波变换的光电传感器信号去噪技术

摘要 针对工业码垛机器人安防系统的光电传感器在工作现场所采集的信号存在噪音和奇异性干扰的问题,提出了一种有效的去噪、奇异点检测和消除的方法。该方法以小波变换为基础,利用小波变换能有效地对信号去噪,且能表达出信号的局部奇异性,同时各奇异点的位置也可以得到检测进行相关处理。MATLAB仿真实验表明:该方法是有效可行的。 In the light of the problem that the signals are collected by photoelectric sensor in the industrial palletizing robot working site contain noise and singularity interference,a method for de-noising,singularity detection and elimination is proposed in this paper.The method,based on wavelet transform theory,can not only reduce the noises but also express local singularity.Each singularity can also be detected and located by wavelet transform local modulus maxima nature.Simulation experiments were conducted with MATLAB software.The experimental results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper is effective and feasible.
