双极型MZM实现有线和无线信号的共同传输

摘要 采用双极型MZM对有线和无线信号实行混合调制,调制后的信号经20km标准单模光纤传输,有线和无线接收端均获得清晰张开的眼图。在无线接收端使用交叉复用器以获得更纯净的毫米波。在仿真环境下微调直流偏置电压,结果显示在正交偏置点改变±0.1V,有线信号的误码率仍在系统可接受误码率范围之内。 In the hybrid modulation scheme to wired and wireless signals with dual-electrode Mach-Zender modulator,both wired and wireless receivers obtain clear and open eye diagram after transmission over 20km of standard single-mode fiber.More pure millimeter-wave(mm-wave) can be obtained with a interleaver in the wireless receiver.Simulation results show that the bit error rate(BER) for baseband signal in the system is acceptable with dc-bias variation of ±0.1V in the quadrature bias point.
