摘要
该文全面介绍了新时期扶贫开发的新特点,深入分析了当前扶贫开发面临的主要困难和问题,提出了对扶贫开发若干重大问题的认识。同时,对新时期扶贫开发工作的思路和方法进行了深入的探讨。
This paper introduced the new features,analyzed the main difficulties and problems,and put forward some knowledge of poverty alleviation through development in the new era.Meanwhile,the work idea and method for the poverty alleviation in the new period were discussed.
