经皮AF钉内固定并椎体成形术在胸腰椎骨折中的应用

AF percutaneous screw fixation and thoracic and lumbar vertebroplasty in the treatment of fractures

目的探讨以AF钉内固定并椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法使用后路AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折30例,观察手术前后的椎体高度及神经功能情况。结果随访3～12个月,30例患者手术后脊柱生理弯曲恢复正常,椎体前缘高度恢复至95%～100%,同时术后神经系统功能均较术前有了明显的恢复,FrankelA、B、C级病患数减少,D、E级增多,级别比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折操作简单、安全,固定可靠,疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the AF screw fixation and vertebroplasty treatment of thoracolumbar fractures results.Methods AF posterior fixation of thoracolumbar fractures,30 cases observed before and after surgery of vertebral height and neurological conditions.Results Follow-up 3 to 12 months,30 patients after surgery to restore normal spinal curvature,vertebral height restoration to 95% to 100%,while postoperative compared with preoperative function of the nervous system has been significantly restored,Frankel A,B,C level reduce the number of patients,D,E level increased,P0.05.Conclusions AF fixation of thoracolumbar fractures is simple,safe,reliable fixation,results were satisfactory.
