血清心肌肌钙蛋白-Ⅰ对窒息新生儿心肌损伤的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究血清心肌肌钙蛋白-I(cTn-I)水平测定对新生儿窒息心肌损伤的早期诊断价值。方法对80例轻、重度窒息新生儿及40例正常新生儿于生后18~24h经股静脉抽血4ml送检,检测cTn-I、肌酸肌酶(CK-MB)水平,采用非参数秩和检验多样本间的两两比较。结果各组窒息新生儿血清cTn-I水平明显增高,并与窒息程度呈正比,经统计学处理,对照组与轻度组、重度组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),轻度组与重度组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 cTn-I浓度与新生儿窒息程度密切相关,窒息越重,cTn-I值越高,心肌损害越严重。应常规检测窒息新生儿的cTn-I,以及时治疗,改善预后。 Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of serum cardiac troponin-I(cTn-1) levels were measured in neonatal asphyxia on myocardial injury.Methods Totally 80patients with mild to severe neonatal asphyxia and 40 normal neonates at 18 to 24 hours after birth through the femoral vein blood 4ml inspection,testing cTn-I,muscle political muscle enzymes(CK-MB) level of non-rank sum test various parameters of the pairwise comparison between.Results The serum cTn-I asphyxia significantly increased in direct proportion to the degree well and suffocation,after statistical processing,the control group and the mild group and severe group were highly significant differences(P0.01) ,light severe group and severe group there was a significant difference(P0.01) .Conclusions cTn-I concentrations were closely related and neonatal asphyxia,suffocation heavier,cTn-I value the higher the more severe myocardial damage.Neonatal asphyxia should be routine testing cTn-I,timely treatment and improve prognosis.
