摘要
本文提供的测定材料线膨胀系数的新方法,步骤简便,费用低,在普通的光学实验室即可圆满完成。由光学平玻璃板A、B与待测材料制成的细丝C构成空气尖劈。用光照射尖劈,测得C在常温与高温时的干涉条纹宽度x_1、x_2及高温t_2,即可由公式=x_1~2-x_2~2/t_2(3x_2~2-x_1~2)
The new method for determing linear expansion coefficient of material intro-duced in the paper, has a simple procedure and a low cost. It can be done sati-sfactorily in an ordinary optical laboratury. A air wedge is composed of two optical flat glass plates A,B and a fine wireC to be measured. Measure the width of interference fringe x_1 and x_2 under theordinary and high temperature repectively and the high temperature t_2 when thewedge is illuminated, then linear expansion coefficient α of the wire C can be de-termined using the formulaα=x_1~2-x_2~2/t_2(3x_2~2-x_1~2)
