改良康复程序对乳腺癌根治术后患肢功能康复效果研究

Study on the effect of ameliorative rehabilitation procedure on functional recovery of ill limb for patients with breast cancer

目的:探讨改良康复程序对乳腺癌根治术后患肢功能恢复的护理效果。方法:将100例乳腺癌患者随机分成对照组和改良组,每组各50例,对照组采用传统康复程序,而改良组在常规护理基础上,对传统康复程序进行改良。分别对两组术后并发症发生率(出院时)、术后2周和6个月时患肢功能恢复情况的护理效果进行比较。结果:改良组术后并发症发生率远低于对照组(χ2=6.06,P<0.05),同时改良组分别在术后2周和6个月的患肢功能恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良康复程序操作简便,疗效确切,患者乐于接受,且能最大限度地促进患肢功能恢复,提高其生活质量,促使患者早日回归家庭和社会。

To study the nursing effect of ameliorative rehabilitation procedure on functional recovery of ill limb for patients with breast cancer.Methods： 100 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and ameliorative group（50 cases in each group）.The traditional rehabilitation procedure was taken in control group,while based on conventional nursing care,the ameliorative rehabilitation procedure was implemented in ameliorative group.The complications incidence（discharged） and ill limb functional recovery（2 weeks and 6 months） of two groups were compared.Results： The incidence of complications in ameliorative group was lower than that in control group（χ2=6.06,P〈0.05）;while the functional recovery of ill limb（2 weeks and 6 months） in ameliorative group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The ameliorative rehabilitation procedure is simple and effective,which can be accepted by patients.It is possible to maximize promote recovery of ill limb and improve their quality of life,so early return to family and society.
