参姜锁阳益气片的小鼠急性毒性实验研究

Experimental study on acute toxicity of Shenjiangsuoyangyiqi tables in mice

目的:观察参姜锁阳益气片的小鼠急性毒性反应。方法:取40只小鼠分别按体重随机分为给药组(20只)和溶媒对照组(20只),进行急性毒性观察,给药组灌胃给予参姜锁阳益气溶液,溶媒对照组灌胃给予去离子水,当日上、下午各给药1次,最大给药容积均为50.0 ml/kg。给药后观察14 d。结果:两组动物给药观察14 d后,均未见明显异常。动物第1、7及14 d体重均有所增加,且两组增长幅度相近。14 d后小鼠处死,经剖检肉眼观察未见异常。结论:参姜锁阳益气片(40.0 g/kg,相当于正常人用药量的1 200倍剂量)灌胃给药对小鼠的毒性较小,即该药对小鼠的MTD>40.0 g/kg,可作为一种安全的药物制剂应用于临床。

Objective： To study the acute toxic reaction of Shenjiangsuoyangyiqi tables in mice.Methods： 40 mice were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=20） and the control group（n=20） for acute toxic reaction,the treatment group were given Shenjiangsuoyangyiqi with the dosage of 50.0 ml/kg.The control group were given the same dosage of deionized water in morning and afternoon,respectively.Its acute toxic reactions were observed 14 days.Results： No toxic reation was shown after experiment in two groups.Body weight were all average increased in the 1st day,7th day and 14th day.After 14 days,no toxic reation was shown after cervical dislocation by examination.Conclusion： The MTD dosage of Shenjiangsuoyangyiqi Tables is above 40.0 g/kg in mice with less toxic,and can be used as a safe drug for clinical application.
