护理质量对无偿献血招募工作的影响

Influence of nursing quality on recruitment of voluntary blood donors

目的：探讨护理质量对无偿献血招募工作的影响。方法：回顾性分析云浮市中心血站2009年7月～2010年6月1096例初次无偿献血者在献血过程中的护理感受．以及是否会再次献血的心理预期。结果：对献血过程中的护理情况表示满意的965例，占88％；表示较满意的93例，占8％；表示一般的38例，占3％；表示不满意的0例。当中无一例出现献血反应。1095例表示愿意继续参与无偿献血，1例因自身晕血因素表示不考虑第2次献血。结论：护理的质量直接影响献血者的情绪。在献血过程中，正确、及时、有效的护理，是无偿献血者理解、关心、支持和继续参与无偿献血的重要因素。高质量的护理，不仅能为献血者带来精神上的抚慰和体贴，减少或避免献血的不良反应，同时也促进了献血者再次献血并带动更多的人加入无偿献血的行列，对血站深入开展无偿献血招募工作、保障血液临床供应以及推进无偿献血事业的发展都有着重要的意义。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the influence of nursing quality on recruitment of voluntary blood donors. Methods： The nursing experience and the psychological expectation of 1 096 voluntary blood donors during their first blood donation from July 2009 to June 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There were 965 cases were satisfied with nursing situ- ation in the process of blood donation, account for 88%; 93 cases were satisfactory, account for 8%; 38 cases with general satisfaction, account for 3%; no one was unsatisfactory. There was no one with blood donation reaction. 1 095 cases will to continue to donate blood, and I case＇ was loath to donate blood because of swoon blood. Conclusion： Nursing quality di- rectly affects the mood of blood donors. In the blood donation process, correct, timely and effective nursing is an important factor in gaining voluntary blood donors＇ understanding, care, support and continuing participation. High-quality nursing can not only bring spiritual comfort and consolation to blood donors and reduce or avoid adverse reactions, but also pro- mote repeated blood donation and bring more voluntary blood donors. This is of important significance to carry out in- depth voluntary blood donation work, ensure the clinical blood supply and promote the cause of voluntary blood donation.
