国际表观遗传学研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on International Epigenetics Research Literatures

利用文献计量学方法和信息可视化方法对Web of Science中的SCIE数据库收录的国际表观遗传学研究文献,从时间、国别、机构、期刊、学科、关键词分布几方面进行分析,探析表观遗传学发展方向与研究热点。认为中国应加大表观遗传学研究领域投入,拓宽研究领域并加强与其他机构和国家的合作。

Using bibliometric methods and visualization analysis tools,the paper analyzes international epigenetics literatures cited in SCIE from Web of Science,from the following aspects：the distribution of publication years,countries,organization,journals,subjects and keywords,discusses the development directions and research hotspots of epigenetics.It considers that China should increase the investment in epigenetics,expand research field and enhance cooperation with other institutions and countries.
