摘要
针对火炮身管热护套防护效率测试系统中如何确定红外灯"开/关"状态模拟太阳热辐射,实现对热辐射参数调节问题,在分析系统工作原理基础上建立了数学模型,将其转化为组合优化问题。结合现场测试数据特点,设计了基于二进制粒子群优化的算法实现对组合优化问题的求解。实践表明,利用该算法确定的红外灯"开/关"状态和位置,能够满足测试系统对热辐射的精度要求,达到了调节测点热辐射参数的目的。
In the test system of the protective effect evaluation of a thermal protection jacket, the primary concern is how to determine the on/off state of each lamp for simulating solar thermal radiation. In this paper, a mathematical model for this problem is established based on the analysis of the test system. It is essentially a typical combinatori- al optimization problem. According to the character of field test data, a disceret binary particle swarm optimizatiion (BPSO) based algorithm is develped to solve the combinatorial optimization problem. Experimental result shows that the presented algorithm can detemine the on/off state of all the lamps rapidly and can meet the requirement for accuracy.
