基于二进制粒子群优化算法的热护套防护效率测试系统参数调节方法

摘要 针对火炮身管热护套防护效率测试系统中如何确定红外灯"开/关"状态模拟太阳热辐射,实现对热辐射参数调节问题,在分析系统工作原理基础上建立了数学模型,将其转化为组合优化问题。结合现场测试数据特点,设计了基于二进制粒子群优化的算法实现对组合优化问题的求解。实践表明,利用该算法确定的红外灯"开/关"状态和位置,能够满足测试系统对热辐射的精度要求,达到了调节测点热辐射参数的目的。 In the test system of the protective effect evaluation of a thermal protection jacket, the primary concern is how to determine the on/off state of each lamp for simulating solar thermal radiation. In this paper, a mathematical model for this problem is established based on the analysis of the test system. It is essentially a typical combinatori- al optimization problem. According to the character of field test data, a disceret binary particle swarm optimizatiion (BPSO) based algorithm is develped to solve the combinatorial optimization problem. Experimental result shows that the presented algorithm can detemine the on/off state of all the lamps rapidly and can meet the requirement for accuracy.
