摘要
基于西门子微处理器实现除尘设备的控制设计,优化了系统的控制结构,解决了常规分散仪表控制的功能单一、运行故障率高、不能实现复杂连锁关系的问题。在反吹过程中,采用了循环脉冲反吹这一策略,可实现连续工作,具有很好的再生效果。本设计降低了现场操作人员劳动强度,显著提高除尘设备的控制水平。
This paper deals with a kind of intelligent control system of dust based on Siemens Logo. We optimized the control system's structure, solved the conventional distributed instrument single control function, and failure to run high failure rate, and can not be achieved between the complex interlocking problems. The strategy of circulat- ing pulse cleaning is applied in the membrane tube counter blowing process, and it can continuously work and has a good regenerative effect. This design reduced the operators labor intensity, and raised the dust removal efficiency and control level remarkably.
