摘要
对目前上海市轨道交通建设面临的资金困难及深层次原因进行了剖析,提出了摆脱目前资金困难的对策.
With an analysis of the financial difficulties facing the construction UMT projects in Shanghai and some fundametal reasons behind the phenomenon, the author suggests that some effective countermeasures shall be taken in UMT construction to extricate it from the predicament of funds.
