论述了建立城市交叉口评价指标系统的必要性和基本原则.将城市交叉口评价系统分成4个子系统,分别列出各个子系统的单项评价指标.采用系统工程学的矩阵综合评分法和特尔斐法(Dephi)对城市道路交叉口系统进行综合评价.
To construct an urban intersection evaluation system (UIES), the author sets up three steps: firstly, the necessarity and the basic principle of UIES shall be defined; secondly, the system shall be divided into four subsystems ; and lastly, some methods of the system engineering shall be adopted.
