摘要
根据京港唐二港池９＾＃、１０＾＃泊位堆场水泥稳定碎石冬季施工的尝试，阐述冬季施工应采取的措施和效果。
On the basis of winter construction test of cement stabilizing aggregate for 9~# and 10~# Berths 'Yard in No. 2 Basin of Jingtang Port, the measures to be taken and effectiveness of the winter construction were described in the paper.
