The Research on the Leakage Detecting and Alarming System of Bag Filter at Normal Temperature

由电荷感应式粉尘浓度传感器、可编程控制器(PLC)和计算机监控系统组成的常温布袋除尘器检漏报警系统,实现除尘系统的实时监控,减少因布袋穿漏带来的环境污染,延长布袋使用周期,从而降低滤袋的运营成本,进而提高了环境效益和经济效益。

The leakage detecting and alarming system of bag filter at normal temperature,which is composed of dust density sensor by electric charge induction,programmable controller（PLC） and the computer supervisory system,has realized real-time monitoring of the dust removal system,reduced the atmospheric environment pollution resulted from leakage of the cloth sack,lengthened use cycle of the cloth sack,thus lowered the operation cost of the filter pocket and enhanced environmental and economic benefits.
