介绍了冶金除尘领域电气控制系统,详细分析了卸灰阀电气控制原理、PLC控制以及形成系统通信。通过西门子组态软件SIMATIC WinCC组成上位机自动化监控系统,对设备的运行情况进行监视,实时显示各种数据参数,并对整个系统实施远程控制。
This paper introduces the automation control system in the field of metallurgical dusting system,including the electrical control schematics,PLC control and systematic communication.Siemens configuration software SIMATIC WinCC is applied to realize the automatic monitoring,thereby to monitor the operation of equipment,and real-time display every kinds of data parameters and finally remote control the whole system.
