摘要
就高校学生工作而言,其内容、实质大同小异,但是它的工作方法和工作途径因传统的延续和专业特性,又会各不相同。作为体育专业的学生,其"好动"和"不拘"的鲜明个性,在新形势下对体育院校辅导员的学生管理工作的开展提出了新的挑战。
As so as the job to college students is concerned, the content and substance are alike, but the means and ways are different according to the features of majors. P-E students＂ active and whatever make a new challenge to assistants of P.E College and universities under the new situation.
