对企业职工进行形势教育是整个思想政治工作中的重要组成部分。在改革开放的形势下,加强思想政治工作就必须加强形势教育。文本就企业形势教育方法的多样性及其功能问题谈一点粗浅看法,求教于广大思想政治工作者。
The situation education to enterprise employees is an important part of the ideological and political work. In the situation of reform and opening up, in order to strengthen ideological and political work, the situation education must be strengthened.
