摘要
基于1996—2009年省际面板数据运用Malmquist指数测算我国长三角地区制药业技术创新效率,并通过随机效应变截距模型和固定效应变截距模型从企业、行业、国家3个角度考察影响技术创新效率的各种因素,并依据实证结果提出有针对性的调整建议和政策意见,以进一步提高我国制药业技术创新效率。
This paper,based on provincial panel data from 1996 to 2009 ,uses the Malmquist index to calculate the efficiency of technological innovation of the pharmaceutical industry in Yangtze River Delta. Using the variable intercept model with random effects and variable intercept model with fixed effect, the paper studies the various factors influencing the efficiency of technological innovation from a three-dimensional perspective of business,industry and country, and provides targeted adjustment proposals and policy advices to improve the efficiency of China＇s pharmaceutical industry innovation according to the empirical results.
