基于需要层次理论的科技人员收入分配机制建设——以江西科研院所为例

摘要 科技人员收入分配机制问题是直接关系到科研院所是否能够吸引人才、留住人才、激励人才的关键因素。要探讨收入分配问题首先要了解人,了解人的需要。马斯洛需求层次理论认为,人是有多方面需求的,人的需求是人的行为的动力。要健全和完善科技人员收入分配机制,不能靠简单地提高收入或奖励劳动等,它不仅要考虑到国家与社会发展的需要,同时还要充分考虑到科技人员的归属、尊重、发展与创新等各种合理需要并尽可能满足这种需要。只有这样,才能较好地实现科技人员"待得住、干得好、留得住"的目标。 The income distribution mechanism of scientific and technical personnel is the key factor which has a bearing on whether the research intitute can attract talents,retain talents and movitate talents.To explore the issue of income distribution,we must first understand people;to understand people,we must first understand the needs of people.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is that people have many needs,and human needs are the driving force of human behavior.To improve and perfect the income distribution mechanism of scientific and technical personnel is not by simply increasing income and other reward,as it is not only to take into account the needs of social development,but also gives full consideration to the reasonable needs of scientific and technical personnel,such as the needs of ownership,respect,development innovationand and so on,then to satisfy these needs as much as possible.Only in this way can achieve the scientific and technical personnel 's target of "to be maintained,well done and kept them".
