Study on Virtual Enterprise Supply Chain and Its "Magic Cube" Organizational Structure

Virtual enterprises pay close attention to agile,supply chains emphasize lean,and how to realize lean and agile production and service is the research category of virtual enterprise supply chain.This article first briefly proposes the concept of virtual enterprise supply chain,then puts forward the ＂magic cube＂ organizational structure model of virtual enterprise supply chain,and analyzes the characteristics of this organizational structure.This paper will contribute to in-depth research to virtual enterprise and supply chain,and enrich the research of virtual enterprise supply chain.
