摘要
中国恩菲有色工程设计研究总院在2003年设计了富家坞采区陡帮开采设计,其设计的最终能力4.5万t/d的生产规模达产期远远落后于德兴铜矿13万t/d的扩能达产时间,只能通过扩大铜厂采区的日出矿量,才能达到德兴铜矿13万t/d生产规模,这又导致铜厂采区的供矿压力增大,服务年限缩短。本设计通过对富家坞原设计进行优化,圈定合理的过渡境界,提出更为合理的"开放式"台阶下降方法,以提前实现达产。
China Nonferrous Engineering and Research Institute designed the steep slope mining project of Fujiawu mining area in 2003.The designing production capacity of 45,000 t / d is far behind the time to reach the expanded production capacity of 13 million t / d at Dexing Copper.The only way to achieve Dexing Copper's production capacity of 130,000 t / d is to increase daily mining capacity of Tongchang mining area.However,it increases the mining pressure of Tongchang mining area and shortens the service time as well.This design optimizes the original Fujiawu mining design,sets a reasonable transition state,and proposes a more reasonable "open" step-down approach to realize the production target ahead of schedule.
