摘要
城门山铜矿5000T选矿厂选用了北京矿冶研究院设计的KYFⅡ-50浮选机,此浮选机叶轮不起吸气作用,空气靠外部风机强制吹入。在选矿过程中采用先进仪表,对KYF浮选机空气流量进行测量、调节和控制,实现浮选充气量自动控制,使进入浮选槽内空气量和分散度达到最佳化,有效地提高气泡与矿粒的接触率,稳定选矿指标。
The flotation machine KYFⅡ-50 designed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy was employed in 5000T Concentrator of JCC Chengmenshan Copper Mine.The floatation machine impeller has a problem of air suction which has to rely on external fan to force the air blown in.Advanced instruments are used in mineral processing,which measure,regulate and control air flow of KYF flotation machine.In this way,automatic control of flotation aeration rate is achieved,which optimize the amount and dispersity of the air entering into flotation tank and effectively increases contact rate of bubbles and mineral particles,so that mineral indicators are stabilized.
