企业降低采购物流成本的策略

Strategy of Reducing Logistics Cost of Enterprise Procurement

进入21世纪,物流在中国得到了飞速的发展,是经济活动中的一个热点问题,采购物流管理已是当前企业管理的重要方向,通过提高采购物流活动的效率,可以达到降低成本,提高企业竞争力的目的。本文阐述了目前我国物流管理中的一些突出问题,及造成采购物流成本过高的原因,分析了一些国内外大型企业在控制采购物流成本方面的具体措施,并提出企业降低采购物流成本的对策。

Entering the 21st century,logistics in China has developed rapidly and is a hot issue of economic activity.Procurement logistics management has been the important direction of current enterprise management.By improving efficiency of procurement logistics activity,it can achieve the purposes of reducing cost,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise.In this article,some prominent problems in current logistics management in China and the causes of high cost of purchasing logistics are presented.It＇s analyzed some domestic and international large enterprises in specific measures relating to controlling of procurement logistics cost.Proposals to reduce enterprise cost of procurement logistics are tabled.
