基于产业集群模式下太仓物流园区(中心)开发模式研究

Research on the Developing Mode of Taicang Logistics Park(Zone) Based on Industrial Cluster

将物流和产业集群理论结合起来,根据太仓所处地理位置和物流业发展现状,对当前太仓已建的物流园区(中心)的开发模式进行研究。产业集群现象促进了物流业在规模和结构等方面的整合,同时也对物流园区的开发模式提出新的要求。在结合产业集群理论的基础上,构建太仓物流园区的开发模式,并针对发展现状提出相关的措施,以期进一步推进太仓物流业的快速发展,进而提升太仓经济的发展。

The paper takes theories of logistics and industry cluster for reference,according to Taicang location and logistics development,analyses the developing mode of Taicang logistics park（zone）.The appearance of industrial cluster effects the logistics aggregation on scale and structure.At the same time,it puts forward new requirements for the development model of logistics park.This paper builds the developing mode of Taicang logistics park based on industrial cluster,and puts forward related measures.It is hoped that this paper can contribute a reference meaning on the rapid development of Taicang logistics industry.
