摘要
目的对产自广西桂林市永福县的海木的化学成分进行研究。方法海木树皮用95%乙醇回流提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到浸膏,浸膏石油醚部分应用硅胶柱色谱方法分离得到化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ;浸膏三氯甲烷部分应用硅胶柱色谱和sephadex LH-20分离得到化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ,浸膏正丁醇部分应用硅胶柱色谱方法分离得到化合物Ⅹ,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析来解析这些化合物的结构。结果从海木的茎皮中分离得到7个甾体化合物:3β-羟基豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(I),胆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),α-菠甾醇(Ⅳ),豆甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ)。3个其他化合物,棕榈酸(Ⅴ),二十七烷醇(Ⅶ),二十九烷醇(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of Trichilia connaroides.METHODS Bark of Trichilia connaroids was extracted with 95 % ethanol for reflux,and the extracts were evaporated.The compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅹ were isolated by silica gel chromatography from petrol ether part of extracts,and the compounds Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography from chloroform part of extracts,and the compound Ⅹ was isolated by silica gel chromatography from methanol part of extracts.Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis.RESULTS Seven steroidal compounds were obtained from Trichilia connaroides 3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one(I),cholest-5,22-dien-3β-ol(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),α-spinasterol(Ⅳ),stigmasterol(Ⅵ),daucossterol(Ⅸ),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅹ).Three other compounds were obtained palmitic acid(Ⅴ),n-heptacosyl alcohol(Ⅶ),nonacosanol(Ⅷ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅹ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
