摘要
随着人们生活质量的逐步改善,对医疗卫生的服务要求日益提高。由于现有卫生医疗体制不能完全满足人们的需求,医患关系存在着不和谐因素。通过引用阿克洛夫提出的柠檬市场模型,将其应用于医疗服务行业。分析并指出了医患关系恶化的原因,提出缓解医患矛盾的方法。
The gradual improvement of people′s living condition requires a better medical service and health care system.Disharmony exists between doctors and patients because the present medical and public health system can not satisfy the demand of the patients.Citing the lemon market model advanced by Akerlof and applying it to medical service,the paper discusses the causes for the deterioration of the relationship between doctors and patients and provides approaches to the conflict so as to achieve the harmony between them.
