摘要
综述了近年来苯乙烯环氧化合成氧化苯乙烯所用催化剂的研究进展,主要包括金属配合物催化剂、金属氧化物催化剂、杂原子取代分子筛催化剂,并对各类催化剂的优缺点进行了评述.认为负载型金属Schiff碱配合物,尤其是Salen型金属配合物催化剂,具有活性较高、与产物易分离和重复使用性能优良等特点,更符合绿色化工的发展趋势,将成为今后制备氧化苯乙烯催化剂的研究重点.
The advances in the catalysts for the preparation of styrene oxide by the epoxidation of styrene are reviewed,and the catalysts mainly include metal complexes,metal oxides and molecular sieve doped with metal ions were described.The advantages and shortcomings of these catalysts are summarized.It is held that the development of the supported Schiff base metal complexes,especially supported Salen-type metal complexes catalysts would be the focus in the development of catalysts for the preparation of styrene oxide by the epoxidation of styrene in the future because of their high activity,easy separation from products and reusability,and they conform to the trend of green chemical industries.
