教务管理信息系统在目前的使用中经常出现与实际不完全适应、对变化维护成本过高的问题．影响系统的使用效能。以工作流技术为基础的院校教务管理系统，可以增加系统的灵活性、高效性，更适应现代教育的发展与变化，为现代院校教育过程建模和全面管理提供有效支持。通过研究工作流教务系统的整体结构、相应的技术选择、组织机构角色模型与权限分配的方法、工作流的定义方式，分析工作流技术与教育管理模型结合的重点和关键，充分发挥工作流的技术优势，增强教务系统的适用性和灵活性。工作流技术已成为现代教务管理系统的必然选择，但实施中必须处理好组织角色关系模型和权限分配等问题，否则会增加系统配置的复杂度而降低系统的易用性。

There are some problems such as unfitting, high maintenance costs of change in current educational management System, and reduce the use of the system performance. The workflow based education management system can increase the system flexibility, eflficiency and is better suited to development and change of modem education. It can do big favor for modeling the modem institutions of education and providing effective support for management. To take flail advantage of workflow technology to enhance the applicability and flexibility of educational system, analyzing the key point of the combination of Workflow technology and education management through overall structure, technology choice, organizational rote model and distribution of rights. Workflow technology has become a necessity of modem educational management system, but relationship between organizational roles and permissions model for distribution problems must be handled well, otherwise it will increase the complexity of the system configuration and reduce the system＇s ease of use.
