摘要
固相微萃取技术(SPME)具有快速、简便、准确等优点。在介绍SPME影响因素的基础上,阐述了近年来SPME技术在农药残留分析中的应用及在线联用技术。
SPME is proved to be a rapid,simple and precise analytical technique,based on introducing the factors of SPME,the applications of SPME is elaborated in pesticide residues analysis and on-line sample preparation in recent years.
