摘要
食品微生物实验是食品科学与工程专业学生必修的专业基础课程,结合本专业地处内蒙古乳品、肉品工业发达的地区优势,对现有教学理念、教学方法等进行改革,使教学效果更加符合学校服务地方经济建设的人才培养定位。
Food microbiology experiment is a required professional course for students who majoring in food science and engineer.Dairy and meat are advantaged area of Inner Mongolia,the teaching effect in line with the school positioning of personnel training-serving for local economic construction,teaching concept and teaching methods of experiment of food microbiology are reformed.
