In order to improve experimental effect of food security and hygiene,consolidate the basic knowledge learned in class,the practice and exploration are studied on food security and hygiene open experiments teaching.The open experiments teaching reform results show that the experimental skill and ability are improved and the interest of learning professional,team work spirit and creative spirit are cultivated.
