摘要
该文首先讲述利用智能交通系统不仅能对车辆进行有效的识别，而且能够及时处理交通违章、交通事故，并对各个城市的总体路况进行分析，通过道路占有率等有效的数字，以广播、电视、网路等多媒体手段，为司机提供路况信息，从而从根本上解决城市道路拥挤问题。
This paper firstly elaborates intelligent transportation systems, which not only can effectively recognition of vehicle, also can prompt handling traffic peccancy, traffic accidents, the overall for each city were analyzed, through the traffic of the roads share etc, in order to effectively digital radio, television, Internet and other multimedia means for the driver to provide information, solve crowding road problem.
