摘要 实验鼠的活动跟踪是基于视频行为识别的重要基础。该文在动态轮廓模型的基础上提出了基于参数化变形轮廓模型的实验鼠跟踪算法,该模型能够对实验鼠遮挡部分的轮廓进行较好的重建。实验表明,该算法提高了跟踪的准确性和鲁棒性,不仅能对互不遮挡相互分离的实验鼠进行成功跟踪,而且在实验鼠互相遮挡情况下表现出良好的性能。 The activities recognition of mice is an important basis for its action identification based on video technology. This paper, a tracking algorithm on mice was proposed, in which the deformation of the contour model with parameters is based on the dynamic contour model. The occluded part of mice can be reconstructed by this model. Experiments showed that the algorithm can improve the tracking accuracy and robustness, the mice separating could be tracked and the mice occluded would be tracking robustly.
