摘要
信息工程是企业信息系统中不可或缺的一部分，其包括信息网络工程、信息资源工程、信息应用工程。该文将凭借着软件工程理论，从信息工程开发的角度，进行信息工程的三维监理，从而构建一种新型监理模式，即“三控四管一协调”。从而使信息工程监理走向更深入、更全面、更有效的水平。
Information engineering is an indispensable part in business information system, including information network engineering, information resource engineering, information application engineering. The paper conducts three-dimensional supervision of information engineering so as to construct a new type of supervision model ＂Three control, four management and one coordinanon＂ from the perspective of information engineering development by means of software engineering theories, which makes information engineering supervision move to a deeper, more comprehensive and effective level.
