摘要
现代科技正在冲击着图书馆各项业务工作，推动图书馆由文献为中心的服务模式向以读者为中心的服务模式转型。智能客流视频监控分析系统（IPVA）通过采用视频图像分析技术，实时采集、监控、统计、分析读者进出图书馆的情况。图书馆通过利用这些数据，一方面结合读者流量分析提高图书馆安防能力，推动图书馆迈入低碳经济时代；另一方面高度整合读者流量和业务数据，为读者提供人性化图书馆服务。
Modem technology is influencing the traditional businesses of library, and is promoting the service model transformation fi-om document-centered to reader-centered. Using the video and image analysis technology, intelligent pedestrians video analysis （IPVA） can collect, monitor, count and analyze the data of readers when they access the entrance of library. Using these data, on the one hand, the library can level the security capabilities and push itself into a new era of low carbon economy; on the other hand, the library can integrate highly the data of readers flow and businesses data, then provide humanity services for the readers.
