面向过程的制造执行系统的研究

Process oriented Manufacturing Execution System

对制造过程建模技术及面向过程的车间管理和控制方法进行了分析和研究。采用面向对象OO技术抽象出制造过程中的基本对象类, 并建立了制造过程对象类的关系模型。制造执行系统以制造过程模型为“引擎”, 实现面向过程的车间管理和控制,并面向过程将传统车间管理中零散的制造过程、人员、物料、设备。

On the basis of analyzing the role of manufacturing process modeling on MES, O O (Object Oriented ) technology is used to analyze and define the basic object classes of manufacturing processes, and to establish the relationship structure of object classes in manufacturing processes. The model presented can integrate the operators, machines, process steps, quality information and materials by the way of manufacturing processes, while they are not integrated in the conventional shop floor management & control system. Taking advantage of the “engine” of manufacturing process, process oriented management & control and process oriented information integration can be realized.
