多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄妇女常见疾病之一,与甲状腺功能关系密切。甲状腺功能异常可致月经紊乱、不孕、卵巢囊性变与代谢紊乱等,可能加重已存在的多囊卵巢综合征。而在多囊卵巢综合征患者中,以自身免疫性甲状腺炎为主的继发性甲状腺功能紊乱发生率明显增加。目前,由于多囊卵巢综合征病因尚未阐明,甲状腺功能异常是否导致多囊卵巢综合征及在多囊卵巢综合征发生机制中所起作用并不清楚,尚需进一步研究证实。甲状腺功能异常与多囊卵巢综合征的关系对疾病预防和诊断具重要作用。

Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is a common disorder of reproductive-aged women. It is closely associated with thyroid function. Thyroid malfunction can raise certain clinical manifestations, such as menstrual irregularities, infertility, cystic ovarian and metabolism disorder, which may aggravate the pre-existent polycystic ovary syndrome. Moreover, the prevalence rate of thyroid malfunction, mainly caused by autoimmune thyroiditis, increases notably in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Till now, the pathogenesis of polyeystic ovary syndrome is relationship between thyroid function and polycystic prevention and diagnosis of both diseases. unclear, which need further investigations. The ovary syndrome plays an important role in the
