摘要 氢以其储量大、零污染、能量密度高等优点成为未来能源结构中最具发展潜力的能量载体,而能否找到高效率、低成本的储氢材料则是氢能应用的关键。实现对储氢材料吸、放氢性能的准确测试则为探索新的储氢材料提供了依据,目前的表征手段主要有重量法及体积法,本文对这两种分析方法进行了比较,分析了各自的优势所在,并介绍了一款基于体积法原理的Siverts型气体吸、脱附分析仪PCTPro,对该仪器的基本原理、结构、功能进行了阐述,与其他商品化吸附测试仪相比该仪器具有更强大的功能与更广泛的应用,可在非常宽的温度及压力范围内对各种材料进行表征,并且可对超小样品量试样进行精确测试。各种储氢材料性能测试结果表明这一气体吸附分析仪为储氢材料的研发提供了一系列无限制、高准确度的表征方法。 Thanks to its high density of energy, pollution free advantage and the most plentiful gas in the universe, hydrogen has become the most promising energy carrier in the future. While the development of high efficiency and low--cost hydrogen storage mate rials is the key to hydrogen application. The characterization of the hydrogen sorption capability provides the guide for advanced hydrogen storage materials exploration. At present there are two methods for these test: volumetric and gravimetric. Herein we compare the two method and introduce an Siverts type instrument, PCTPro, an uhimate tool for gas sorption analysis, including working principle, configuration and capability of the instrument. Comparing to other commercial instruments, PCTPro is a much more powerful tool with the widest application, which offers super wide temperature and pressure range for all the research of hydrogen storage materials. In addition, it' s also suitable for ultra small volume sample test. And the results of the gas sorption analysis with PCTPro have shown the unrestricted and high accurate measurement for hydrogen storage progress.
