摘要
某套筒生产厂所产套筒在试验过程中有开裂现象,本文通过目视、金相、力学、扫描电镜等多项手段对失效试样及合格试样进行对比分析,得出与厂家不同的结论,即表面开裂的主要原因并非表面韧性不足,而是心部强度过低。
Cracking happened after testing on the surface of lenton lock coupler sleeves. We compare the cracked sample and a qualified sample to find the reason of failure by visual inspection, metallurgical testing, mechanical testing, scanning electron microscopy and many other means. We get different conclusions with the manufacturer, who thinks it is lack of toughness, but the heart strength is too low.
