摘要
目的通过研究结核病人和正常人体内巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(Migration inhibitory factor,MIF)表达水平,分析MIF与结核病易感性关系。方法选取昆明市第三人民医院结核病患者41例(16名男性,25名女性),及昆明市疾控中心健康体检者41例(20名男性,21名女性),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中的MIF水平。结果结核病组MIF水平(43.24±29.29)明显高于正常对照组(20.86±11.99),(P<0.01)。结论 MIF在人感染结核病中发挥重要免疫作用。
Aim To analyze the relationship between human serum MIF level and TB susceptibility through investigating expressin level of tuberculosis and normal body maerophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF). Methods There 4t tuberculosis cases were selected kom Kunming Municipal Third People's Hospital (16males arid 25 females) and another 41 normal persons attending Kunming Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention for health check-up (20males and 21females),The expression level of human serum MIF was determined using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption method(ELISA). Results The MIF level in TB gwup(43.24±29.29) was significantly higher than that of the conu'ol group (20.86±11.99), (P〈0.01). Conclution MIF may play an important role in immune responses to human infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
