寻常型银屑病患者血清脂联素和瘦素水平检测

Investigation of plasma diponectin and leptin levels in psoriais vulgaris patients

目的研究银屑病患者血清脂联素和瘦素水平及其与银屑病病情的关系。方法测定寻常型银屑病患者(进行期66例,静止期54例)及正常对照者血清脂联素、瘦素及TNF-a水平,并观察三者水平与银屑病皮疹面积和严重程度指数(Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,PASI)的相关性。结果与正常对照相比,银屑病患者血清脂联素水平降低(6.20mg/L vs 4.68mg/L,P=0.024)、TNF-a升高(0.80ng/L vs 1.79ng/L,P=0.029);进行期银屑病患者血清瘦素水平升高(9.98ug/L vs 15.02ug/L,P=0.019)。银屑病患者的血清脂联素水平与PASI平分呈负相关(r=-0.404,P=0.027),而与TNF-a(r=0.732,P=0.31)及瘦素水平(r=0.274,P=0.003)呈正相关。结论寻常型银屑病患者血清脂联素水平下降、瘦素及TNF-a水平升高,且与疾病活动性及病情严重程度有关联;提示脂联素和瘦素可能参与寻常型银屑病的发病。

Aim To investigate the correlation between plasma adiponectin and leptin levels and the severity of psoriasis. Methods The levels of plasma adiponectin,leptin and TNF-α were detected in psoriasis patients （66 at progressive stage and 54 at stable stage） and health controls. The correlation between the levels of these factors and the severity of psoriasis （psoriasis area and severity Index,PASI）were observed. Results Compared with health controls,the plasma adiponeetin level decreased,while TNF-α level elevated （P〈0.05）;plasma leptin level in psoriasis patients at progressive stage elevated （P〈0.05）. Plasma adiponectin level was negatively correlated with PAIS, while plasma TNF-α and leptin levels were positively correlated with PAIS. Conclusions The level of plasma adiponectin in psoriasis vugaris patients is reduced and that of leptin and TNF-α are increased. The variations are assocaiated with severity of psoriasis, indicating that adiponectin and leptin may involve in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
