Advance in the research of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia in children

肺炎支原体肺炎是儿科常见肺炎之一,而难治性肺炎支原体肺炎有逐年增加的倾向。本文通过对近年对于难治性肺炎支原体肺炎研究进展作一扼要介绍,通过其病因及发病机制、诊断、治疗方面的总结,以期对临床医生对于该病的治疗有一定的参考、借鉴。

Refractory mycoplasma pneumonia is one of the common pneumoniae in children. The advance in the researches of children＇ refractory mycoplasma pneumonia including etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment is summarized in this paper in order to offer experience for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
